When I saw the Biggest Loser Challenge invitation from Bolton Hospice last week I knew I had to sign up because I really do need to lose some of the pounds that have piled on over the last couple of years. 🤦‍♀️

I think a lot of people struggled with their weight during 2020 and I am definitely one of them. Although I’m extremely lucky to be able to work from home it has certainly meant less movement and exercise but more eating and more drinking of red wine.

So…. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! 🙋‍♀️ I am genuinely more terrified of this one than anything I’ve done before but it’s something I need to do for my own health and wellbeing and also to support Bolton Hospice during these uncertain times.

The hospice cared for my dad for 2 weeks in April 2015 before he sadly died after being diagnosed with a rare cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) so I would like to help other families have the same opportunity to receive the support and care that we received as a family. 💙
