Story

Many of you will know I am a big running enthusiast but what you may not know is the reason I do it. I have used running to help me through painful periods in my life. I found running to provide me with both physical and mental health benefits. So, I have decided this year to turn my enthusiasm for running to helping others by raising money for Centre 33. Centre 33 is a fantastic organisation helping young people with mental help support. Especially young people who would typically do not gain access to valuable mental health assistance.

I  would appreciate it if you could donate and support Centre 33. Last year for Centre 33 - 13 runners raised £6'500. It's incredible how a little contribution can change lives and provide much-needed support. So please donate what you can. Thank you!
