Thank you for visiting my South Coast Mighty Hike page.

For those that don’t know the South Coast Mighty Hike is a 26 mile hike from
Brighton to Eastbourne.  Starting at the Brighton Racecourse, then along the South Downs Way, the Seven Sisters, Beachy Head and down into Eastbourne.  It’s a tough challenge, both mentally and physically but crossing the finish line will be a great achievement. 

I'm taking part with my wife Clare and friends Kerry and Hannah, and our team name is Mister and the Blister Sisters.

Cancer has affected my family, and I have lost far too many loved ones to this awful disease. I will do as much as I can to raise awareness and sponsorship in
memory of those that are unfortunately no longer with us. 

Did you know:

•    Every 2 minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer
•    There are more than 360,000 new cases in the UK every year
•    There are over 200 different types of cancer
