Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving Page in memory of Cheryl Thompson.
After taking up running in 2012 and running a 5K and 10K for CHAS and MS Society Scotland, I've decided to lace up the trainers and get the wet suit on! I'm swimming a mile of Loch Ness in Agusut this year in memory of an old school and uni friend, Cheryl Thompson who tragically died from cancer last year. Cheryl attended The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Care Centre who do amazing work trying to find poineering treatments for this awful disease. Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer and The Beatson rely, like many charities on fundraising and donations so they can keep up their amazing work. After Cheryl's death, her family set up a justgiving page in her memory and the response has been fantastic and people have been very generous. Please take time to read this, share it and donate wherever possible as Cheryl's wish was to keep the fundraising going. . I really appreciate your support and I'm sure Cheryl's family do too. Thank you-Kevin
