Our amazing London Marathon team are taking on 26.2 miles to raise funds for the fight against Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Story

Over the last few years my wife Carlene has suffered from Crohns with regular visits and stays in hospital. The pain it causes her and the stress is horrendous and I feel so helpless.

You never know when it is going to flair up and the impact that it will have on her, our two young boys and the general events of day to day life. Without the support and information provided by Crohns and Colitis UK the whole situation would be a lot worse. Every extra pound raised will assist with their research plan and ultimately make the lives of thousands of people and especially my wife happier and less stressful.

Crohn’s and Colitis UK is a national charity in the battle against Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. We are fighting to achieve a better quality of life for the 300,000 people in the UK suffering physically and emotionally from these and other forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). nUltimately, we want to find a cure.
