Two and a half years ago I lost my brother to a sudden cardiac arrest. Receiving that phone call is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. So... in order to help awareness and to help raise funds for research I am cycling the Prudential 100 London-Surrey bike ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
