I am joining Kelly, Kelly and Lucy in doing the virtual Royal Parks Half Marathon on April 11th to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy UK. As many of you will be aware, Kelly's beautiful daughter Jessica got diagnosed with Limb Girdle MD 2D in November 2016. Limb Girdle MD is an incurable muscle wasting disease that has left Jess wheelchair bound and reliant on a significant amount of help from her family and carers to do the basic things that we all take for granted.

The support that Jessica's family have for each other and their strength and resilience is amazing. The challenges Jess and her family face on a daily basis are so hard yet they shine bright and live their best lives together. Jess is14, the same age as our daughter Beth, we have seen the deterioration in Jess' condition since she was diagnosed and it is just heartbreaking. 

There is so much research being done to help to find a cure for Muscular Dystropy but none of this can be done without funding. Please give whatever you can spare. Many thanks xx
