I can’t quite believe that I have agreed to do this but all of you know that I love a challenge and I’m very competitive! Running a half marathon was my aim for this year but this has come up and now there is no going back!!

Unfortunately, a member of my family had to pull out due to injury and I am now signed up to run the marathon…wish me luck! Any donations will be gratefully received.

The charity is very important to my family up in Liverpool - they are constantly going to Nepal to support the promotion of health of the children. The money will be used well! I have copied a section from their website below:

So the Child May Live is a Liverpool-based charity which is dedicated to relieving sickness and to promoting and protecting good health for the children of Nepal. We do this by purchasing equipment and by supporting the education and training of clinical staff in Kanti Children’s Hospital, Kathmandu. Our work is carried out by volunteers and your donations directly enable children to receive better care.
