My son Robbie has cancer and has been on a pilgrimage to Lourdes with the HCPT several times. These little pilgrimages mean the world to him. In a week when he can forget about his handicap , feel surrounded by other children with handicapts and not being judged , feeling deeply loved by caring volunteers , having great parties and food, pray and grow in faith and strenght ... for Robbie Lourdes has became his second home. Having an enormous devotion to Our Lady of Lourdes and chose St. Bernadette as his confirmation Saint. He knows the HCPT pilgrimages keep him going in difficult times and the memories made are helping him in times of struggle with his illness.
I would like to raise as much money as possible to be able to help other sick children to experience a visit to Lourdes or Hosanna House in Bartress with the HCPT. The cost for one child are £750 , so i hope that make atleast one child happy with my trek ! Please donate as little or as much as you like. Thanks so much.
