Story

The Mind Walk is our new event for 2020. It's for anyone ready to stick their flag in the ground and take action for better mental health.
We will proudly walk through central London to show that we believe everyone with a mental health problem should feel able to talk openly and ask for help.
Every person taking part in The Mind Walk will be raising awareness of mental health problems. Your fundraising goal of £100 will help us carry on giving vital support and every donation represents a conversation about mental health that could make all the difference.
The Mind Walk will start and finish in Archbishop's Park near London's South Bank. It will take a route along the north and south banks of the Thames, passing by iconic sites like the Battersea power station, Chelsea Bridge and the Houses of Parliament. The route is about 10km long but this is an event about standing up and being counted. There will be no race to the finish line, just an incredible community of walkers who are ready to see a change.
The following people will be taking part
