Hi everyone,

I'm running (for the first time) the Grand East Anglia 10 KM run in King's Lynn on Sunday 4th May to help raise money for my local hospice, who helped my dad and my family when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Hopefully I can raise a few pennies for these guys to continue their great work. Anything you can give is great, seriously doesn't matter how big or small! I'm not really a running guy but I've set myself a goal of sub 55 minutes... Race starts at 10:30 AM on Sunday 4th May so wish me luck!
