Story
To thank Anthony Nolan Trust I'm challenging myself to run 30 miles over a month, to raise money and be a lifesaving hero for people with blood cancer.Stem cell transplants can't stop because of the current coronavirus pandemic. Without financial support, stem cell donations could never make it to the patients who are counting on them to survive.Anthony Nolan are taking immediate action to keep donated stem cells moving and to ensure cells get to patients who desperately need them to survive. But they need to raise vital extra funds every month that the coronavirus pandemic goes on to enable this work. Every £100 I raise could help pay to keep their Emergency Handover Hub at Heathrow Airport open 24 hours a day, to enable international couriers who can't go into hospitals due to quarantine rules, to handover donated stem cells to one of the UK volunteers for the final lifesaving leg. Please sponsor my Zero to Hero challenge today to keep this vital work going.
