Having just about to reach 30 odd years of service, I am reminded by own memories of officers and colleagues who did not get this far in their service. Their loss is most strongly felt by the families who are left behind with enormous gaping holes in their lives.

COPs is an important lifeline to those families, offering assistance and guidance to those who need help at that time. This is important to me, and I would be greatly appreciative of any help you can give me to support this important charity.

Rachel, Matt, Jim and I will be riding some 200 miles over three days from Cardiff to the Police National Memorial Service at the Stafford Arboretum  over the weekend of the 24th-26th July.
