Miles for Mental Health is Rethink Mental Illness' first virtual event! Your challenge is to run a marathon over a month in any way you want. Whether you want to run, walk or hop a mile a day for 26 days or do it all in one day it's up to you!

Story

Miles for Mental Health is Rethink Mental Illness' first virtual event! 

My challenge is to run a marathon over the course of a month in any way I want. The idea is to get out and run to improve your health and mental wellbeing while raising vital funds for Rethink Mental Illness.

Me being as lazy as I have become over the last 7 months, this has pushed me to start moving, improving my physical and mental health, and most importantly it will help to support people living with mental illness.

Remember that every little counts! Your donations will help Rethink Mental Illness in the following ways:

  • £39 pays for one call to our Advice and Information Service 
  • £48 will support one person to attend one of our groups for a year
  • £171 funds the Advice and Information Service for one hour
