Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Tim and I will be running, walking, climbing and winter mountaineering everyday through January to help raise awareness and support for mental health through the power of exercise. 

Sponsors will all be contributing in ensuring that everyone living with mental ill health receives the support and respect they deserve. Every amount raised will truly make a huge difference to someone’s life.
