It is an unprecedented time for our country, with most fundraising events either cancelled or postponed, Many of us are keen to support our NHS, so we're taking part in the Hospital Heroes Challenge!

And having our very own community LadyBay & Beyond Lockdown Ride on Saturday 18th April starting at 10am.

Anyone can can join in by bringing their bike trainer, rollers, exercise bike or whatever type of indoor cycle equipment out onto the front yard, garden, path and cycle whatever time/ distance they would like to do.

Everyone that takes part can support and help to fundraise for such a great cause by adding themselves to the Lady Bay Lockdown Riders team.
