Story

We run to remember our much loved student, Julia Okon, and to raise money for a charity close to her heart: Cancer Fund for Children.

Please support us, in any way you can, as six (!) teams of students and staff from Lagan College compete across Belfast for a very worthwhile cause.

Cancer Fund for Children says, "Every step taken at the Belfast City Marathon 2023 will help ensure no child faces cancer alone. Cancer Fund for Children are here for children and young people diagnosed with cancer, or living with a parent diagnosed with cancer. Offering support in the home, community, on the hospital ward and at Daisy Lodge, the charity's specialists help rebuild family lives that have been devastated by cancer. Thank you for your support in this challenge."
