It is with great excitement that we are running the Lark Duathlon again this year. It will be held at Bewl Water on 21st September 2017.

We have over 100 participants, either cycling 15k, running 5k or 10k and volunteers helping out with the day. 

Our emphasis is on raising money for our charities, bringing people together from all offices and above all else having fun in a beautiful and relaxed setting.  Oh and a few of us are rather competitive!

As a company we have supported the Not Forgotten Association for years. They a unique tri-service charity which provides entertainment and recreation for the benefit of the serving wounded, injured or sick and for ex-service men and women with disabilities. 

It is not an easy course so any donations towards the competitors will be greatly appreciated!
