Hello everyone!

After having lived in Southsea for a number of years, I thought it was about time that I actually stopped being lazy and ran the race that I have watched many times from the comfort of my sofa!

So this year I will be running the Great South Run for the first time and what better way to get motivated to do my final training than to do it for a good cause....Every penny that you can give will be much appreciated, so thanks in advance for your support!
