I have discovered that running marathons is a bit like childbirth each time you swear never again but here I am thanks to an amazing charity taking on this huge challenge at the ripe old age of 52.

DePaul UK helps young people aged 16-25 who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged.

Their mission is a truly great one aiming to end homelessness and change the lives of those affected with a vision of having a society which everyone has a place to call home and a stake in their community.

Being a young adult is tough enough at times without the added stress of having no stable home or base.  DePaul UK is such a positive charity and really empowers young people giving them the tools to cope and make a difference to their lives.
