Cerys, Grant, Dylan and I have set ourselves the challenge of either walking/running or cycling a 5 or 10k everyday for the month of July for Alzheimer Scotland. 

As most of you will know our Granda has dementia and we have seen first-hand the toll this has taken not only on his life, but on the whole family's. 

We will be keeping track of every kilometre we accomplish and posting regular updates!

£20 will help run the helpline for one hour. £30 will help fund a dementia advisor for an hour to reach out to a family in need of support. £120 will help fund half a day of vital support to anyone in Scotland. £240 will ensure that we can keep the freephone helpline open for 24 hours a day.
