Climb Ben Nevis for Dementia UK · 10 July 2021
We are a group of colleagues who work at Leeds Building Society, who, suported by a few friends are climbing Ben Nevis in support of Dementia UK. We all know someone who has been impacted by Dementia and a couple of us are climbing in memory of loved ones lost to this terrible disease which is now seen as the biggest killer in the UK.
Your kind donations will go towards supporting Dementia UK with providing specialist support for families living with all types of dementia (of which Alzheimer’s is one) through the Admiral Nurse Service. Admiral Nurses are specialist dementia nurses who work with the whole family to provide compassionate one-to-one support, guidance and practical solutions that can be hard to find elsewhere.
Any support you can give will be greatly appreciated.
