Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After struggling to do the 60 mile Manchester to Blackpool a few years ago with little training, I'd never thought i would be running a 10K as i am not quite the fittest guy around!

But its amazing what a bit of support and comradery can do to ones enthusiasm...or i must be mad :)

So seriously guys, i am running as part of a 5 man (4 men, 1 woman) team from Bensons Head Office - for East Lancashire Hospice.....and if each one of my facebook friends donates 1 pound, that'll equal £143.00 :) - p.s. yes i have 143 friends only.... due to a recent facebook cull.
