We are trying to get a many people to create Snow Angels in support of the amazing 'South Tyneside Young Carers’ charity.

The service supports children and young people - some as young as five - who are caring for a family member who is dealing with an illness, disability, addiction problem or mental health difficulties. In South Tyneside there are 1,000 young carers registered with over 400 currently active within the service.

The group provide support on issues faced by young carers including isolation, low self-esteem and confidence, bullying, poor school attendance, attainment and emotional difficulties.

How it works..Nominate a person and donate just £1 for them through this fundraising page! This will add pressure on your nomination to do it 😈 Nominate 2 then £2, nominate 3 then £3 etc.etc

The person(s) that are nominated must then create a snow angel, making sure they video it and upload it on to facebook as proof. They then must nominate their friends to carry on the angel conga!

*remember you must donate £1 to each nomination.
