UPDATE:
So I've just got back from the run. I managed to come in at 44 minutes 56 seconds (See http://www.berkhamstedhalfmarathon.co.uk/images/Berkhamsted%202009%20Results%20-%20Rev1.pdf for more details) which is better than my training times so I'm very pleased.
Thank you to every one who donated. I'm going to leave the page going for another week so please feel free to donate if you haven't done so already.
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I have finally plucked up the courage to enter a running event and decided to try and make something good come from it (apart from showing off my amazing skin tight shorts to the public). I've started with an achievable running distance (5 miles) and a (hopefully) achievable fundraising target.
To the left (and up a bit) are Cookie & Biscuit. My girlfriend and I found these two brothers at RSPCA Southridge 2 years ago. Southridge cares for a number of animals, raning from cats and dogs all the way up to traditional farm animals such as horses, pigs and even geese. They do not receive any funding from the government, only from kind donations and fundraising such as this.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Friends of RSPCA Southridge Animal Centre gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
