Its almost 2 years since my beautiful daughter Jenny was born and I'm running out of excuses not to get out there and run again! (That and proving to my Son, Danny, that is Dad is not totally past it!).

I'm supporting Seesaw again who are a fantastic charity that helps children and families through the terribly difficult time of losing a parent both before and after the bereavement.

I ran the Great North Run 3 years ago for them and I'm hoping the extra encouragment of doing it again will help me break through the 2 hour mark.

Dig deep, its early days right now but every penny is more inspiration and encouragment for me!
