We provide palliative and end of life care to people with a life-limiting illness

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Leni’s Lovelies, all friends and family of Leni Crabbe, are taking part in the Moonlight Memories Walk, in her memory.  The Moonlight Memories walk raises funds for Rowan’s Hospice in Purbrook, Hampshire, the place we all had hoped Leni would spend her last days.

The Rowan’s Hospice is a voluntary independent hospice which exists to provide specialist palliative care to patients with life limiting progressive illnesses, and to their relatives and carers.

The twelve mile route starts and finishes at Castle Field, passes along Southsea Seafront, into The Portsmouth Historic Dockyard where the Victory will be lit especially for the occasion and into Old Portsmouth.  We walk through the night, starting at 11 p.m. on 18th June.

It will be a wonderful experience, made all the more wonderful if we can raise a lot of money for the Rowan's Hospice.
