Story
This is Evy Grace, my precious little niece, who was born 8 weeks premature weighing just 3.5lbs. She is doing amazingly well and continues to be cared for in a neonatal unit in Perth WA where she was born.
My brother is running a half marathon in WA at the end of May to support the work of a premature baby charity in Perth to show gratitude for the care and help they have received. I would like to support him and families that face the difficult times that they have by running for Bliss Scotland.
I’ve chosen to fundraise for Bliss because there are more than 100,000 babies born needing neonatal care every year and I want to make a difference to them. Every donation that’s made to this page brings Bliss closer to ensuring that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life. Bliss does that by supporting parents to care for their babies, campaigning for better neonatal care and enabling life-changing research.
