I'm doing the Ice Bucket Challenge for Crohn's and Colitis UK. I know the Challenge is so that people are aware for a split second how people with MND (ALS) feel in their daily life but I have a lot of friends with Crohn's and why not raise awareness for them too! I want to reach my target and exceed it so help me out!
