Dear friends,

On Christmas Day I am going to do a very brave, cold, silly thing. Wearing my new, 'customised'  swimming costume, I will be taking a dip in the crystal clear, tropical waters of Felixstowe, .... who am I trying to kid, it's the north sea, freezing cold, brown, with numerous unneccesary objects floating by!

But it's for a great cause, the St Elizabeth Hospice, so please can you sponsor me?
