OK, so I know that many of you know that I was diagnosed with MS in the October of 2014 and that I took up running as part of a regime to control the MS and to fight it in some way.  I'm not one to give in, despite each year things getting that tiny bit tougher (mostly due to tiredness and fatigue), I will not stop living life and doing crazy challenges.  This year I am running the Colchester Half Marathon for MS-UK and the Brighton Marathon jointly for MS-UK and Guide Dogs (my company charity).

You guys have been extraordinarily generous over the last 4 years, in my bid to raise money for various charities, looking back, you lovely lot have supported me to amount of around £8,000, which is incredible!!

I completely appreciate that there are so many incredible charities and very worthy causes out there, but if you are able to spare a few pounds to support the work that MS-UK do, I and MS-UK would be incredibly grateful.  Please do check out their website www.ms-uk.com for more information.  (MS-UK is a national charity that provides services for those affected by multiple sclerosis, so they can make the most of today and live life to the full.)
