Staff at Longdon Hall School are planning to climb Mount Snowdon in July.  !!

The idea is to raise money for the charity Tiny Babies Big Appeal. Which is extremely close to the hearts of some of our staff here at Longdon. Money raised would help buy a Neon - puff resuscitator machine. These keep babies breathing for up to 24hours until a full ventilator is avaliable. 

Baby Jackson was born prematurely. With a very low heart rate, He had to fight for his little life and without BWH he may never have made it.  He needed to be ventilated immediatly to help stabalise him. Every day for Jackson was taken minute by minute. 

There were further complications to Jackson's little life. But with the support of doctors nurses at BWH Jackson began to thrive.  

To keep babies like Jackson alive it costs the hospital £1700 per day.
