MS-UK is here to support anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), which affects over 150,000 people in the UK. We empower people with MS to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of the condition and providing support where it is needed most.

Story

Although this page is in my name, it's actually been set up for my daughter' Lily and Amelia. Lily is 8 & Amelia is 6. Their Mum (as some of you may know, suffers from MS). Vicki under went test for MS in 2012 and was official diagnosed in 2013. Whilst being tested for MS, we established that Vicki has another Brain condition called Chiari Malformation (her brain was herniating into her spinal column). There is no cure for this, so in August 2013 Vicki had brain surgery whilst Lily was just 4 and Amelia was not even 2. Vicki recovered from this surgery and ran the marathon 9 months later and I the following year. We ran the marathon for MS-UK.

Its now Lily and Amelia's turn to do some fund raising for MS-UK. They will be taking part in the Westminster Mile on 27th May 2018. So please support them and MS-UK by donating some money for the charity. Thank you in advance, the Smith family (Lily and Amelia).
