As you know I'm competing in the Crystal Palace Triathlon on Sunday. I thought would be a good opportunity to raise a small amount of money for the Brownie pack I help to run every Wednesday evening. We are called 1st Southwark Park Brownies, and we talk girls from Bermondsey, Rotherhithe and Southwark - some of the poorest boroughs in London.

Any money that I raise will help to pay for some of the poorest girls to go on Pack Holiday with us to the South Coast in July, even a few pounds would help.

It costs £60 to take one Brownie away for 3 days and 2 nights - it would be great if we could pay for 5 girls to go!
