Story

We have been involved in this event for a few years now. Having lost my sister Anne (Sissy) to cancer 6 years ago she is never far from our thoughts, as are others who we have lost and also those still battling this disease.

Please can we count on you for a donation, no matter how small, towards our overall total. It WILL help.

This will be our contribution, along with many others, to a fantastic organisation searching for ways to combat this illness that has a huge impact on lots of families.

Our theme in 2021 is Getting There By Getting Out There and by scaling ten or twelve challenging lakeland fells between us, we can spell out that theme, and raise vital funds for research. We can continue to make a difference to those of us whose lives are affected by cancer, which is no less of an issue even though Covid-19 is getting all the headlines.

Thank you
Liz
