I have only ridden 100k once and I found it really tough! So now I am challenging myself to do it not only again, but 3 times! I will be riding in the following road cycle sportives: Rapha 100k on 15 September, Lands End Sportive on 6 October & Great South West Sportive on 14 October

The Rainy Day Trust charity is 175 years old in 2018 and cares for the people who work in the industry I love and have worked in most of my adult life. I also want to raise awareness of the help that the Rainy Day Trust can give people caring for past and present employees of the Housewares, Pottery & Glass, Hardware, Brushware, DIY, Builders Merchant and Garden Supply trades since 1843. It's a fabulous charity that does fantastic work .
