Story

WE DID IT! Thank you for your support. It was pretty high and very very windy. The guys from Adventure Northumberland were brilliant and did a great job getting us all safely to the ground.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It is 18 months since I raised almost £2k by taking part in RDA's 40th anniversary tandem skydive and now it's time to undertake my next adventure.  Abseiling 180 ft off the top of Bamburgh Castle, may sound less crazy, however, I think it might be more difficult. I will be on my own and not strapped to an experienced instructor. I will be in control and will need to co-ordinate my feet (not easy).  This time I have no parachute to deliver me safely to the ground!

RDA continues to provide riding and carriage driving to over 28,000 participants and relies on volunteers and donations.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

About the charity
