I'm 'cycling' from Land's End to John o'Groats to raise money for The School of Hard Knocks (SOHK).

SOHK have been working at Lochgelly High School for a number of years now. They support adults in our community looking for sustained employment and work with our young people at risk of exclusion. 

For the young people at Lochgelly, they use rugby as a vehicle for improving their mental & emotional wellbeing, attainment and overall engagement and attitude towards education. 

SOHK deliver theory lessons to educate our young people on how the values of rugby can be applied to school and beyond.

Weekly 1-1 sessions offer targeted support to discuss issues that are important in those young peoples lives at that time. 

Join us as we raise money for the SOHK charity who work with adults and young people in a similar context all over Scotland/UK.
