So, I've decided to pull out my old (worn out) running shoes and take part in the Leeds Abbey Dash on Sunday 23rd October - plenty of time to get ready :) - to support the campaign called ‘Driving Out Loneliness’.

Help me to raise essential funds so that older people are able to get out and about to reduce isolation, loneliness, ensuring that they feel valued and included in wider community life to increase their sense of belonging.
