Story
I am not the most active of people - I realise that but by setting myself a goal which can benefit the lives of so many people, I have suddenly become more motivated.
I am determined to run my first 5K in under an hour, to prove to the world that if I can do it...so can anyone.
Just by doing a few weeks of training, I feel better in myself already; more confident and as I have previously said, I am really motivated. I see the benefits for both myself and Ty Hafan which drives me toward my goal.
