I am climbing the equivalent of Edward Mountain by walking 13,830 steps of a staircase ( which means 34 staircases a day) to raise money for Edward's Trust. Edwards Trust is a local bereavement charity that supports children, young people and adults facing loss and surviving bereavement. Edwards Trust was founded in 1989 by Peter and Hilary Dent, in memory of their son, Edward, who died when he was 7 years old. The trust supports over 850 families per year which equates to around 3,000 family members. They offer a holistic approach through counselling and run a wellbeing in bereavement service in order to support bereaved families during their most difficult times.
