Connor and I will be taking part in the Morecambe Bay walk, which is a 9 mile walk across the UK's largest expanse of sand and tidal mud flats, crossing rivers, gullies and two channels. Hopefully in the sunshine but most likely in the pouring rain :'(

This is all in aid of Backup North West, a wonderful charity that provides services and accommodation to 16-25 year olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

Any donation no matter how big or small will make a huge difference to these young people.
