A bit about Phab - since 1957, Phab has been committed to promoting and encouraging disabled and non-disabled children and adults to join together in sports and other activities, including through residential inclusive living weeks. 

A bit about me - I'm not a natural runner but have been putting many weeks and miles of training in, through the wind, rain and snow! I've worn out one pair of trainers and probably my knees in the process but running for Phab and your sponsorship will inspire me all the way to the finish line!
