We had Sam as our faithful companion for many years - he kept us fit and was part of the family. I can only imagine what it must be like to rely on your dog for so much more - to guide you every day. 

Since Sam died, we have sponsored a Guide Dog, to give someone that chance to have a companion that will make so much difference to their life.

Running every day will help get me fit again; and having a challenge, will keep me focused and motivated, and hopefully get me back to running regularly. Please help spur me on - especially on the cold and wet days!
