I am completing the above challenge to raise funds for North London Hospice. This challenge includes running the equivalent of four marathons across the month of March. I have not undertaken any training and can safely say this will be a personal challenge as it's day two and I already feel like I've been hit by a truck. I will be running roughly 5.4k a day for 31 days to reach my goal. 

As many of you may know, the North London hospice provided end of life care to my Grandad Roy who recently passed away. Several carers attended to my Grandads bedside, providing hands on care and support to both him and other members of the immediate family in a time of need. 

I am forever grateful for the service of the hopsice both recently to my grandad and as well to my Auntie Bev whilst she was poorly.  As a thank you, I would like to raise as much money as I can to donate on behalf of my family. 

Hopefully see you on the other side with a beer in hand but no beer belly in site. Thanks. Luke.
