Hola!

For those of you that don't know already I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon Sunday the 9th October and hoping to raise at least £400 for NSPCC.

It's a fantastic charity that helps protect children and encourages society to not tolerate cruelty to young people.

Although I have been running for a few years the distance is going to be quite a challenge.

Anyone that wishes to donate for this event I will simply adore.
