Story

Hello! I am performing as a part of Wiltshire Music Centre's 'Last Day of the Proms' on Saturday 12th September. Please help me reach my target to help Wiltshire Music Centre reopen!

[I have volunteered to take part in this charity event because the WYM has helped me to develop into a better musician, taught me how to work with others and increased my confidence as a performer.

I play the flute and have lessons every week. I also have a piano at home and have taught myself to play using sheet music and watching youtube videos. So, I thought I'd give myself a challenge and am playing Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata 1st Movement on the piano.

Playing with other young musician's is good fun and you also get to perform concerts twice a year. My favourite memory was a Christmas concert where we played different movie themes including James Bond, Despicable Me and Star Wars.

I want to share my love for the WYM and want to thank you for your donations! Thank you for reading my story and I hope you enjoy the concert.
