Mac aged 7 and his beloved dog Marley plan to walk a marathon in May for VSA's Easter Anguston Farm.   This challenge will be a huge achievement for both boys as Mac lives with autism and other support needs while Marley has suffered from hip and joint pain since a pup.  

Mac and his family visit the farm throughout each summer and have close links to the charity 💜 They would be so disappointed if the farm closed as this local service also provides training and employment opportunities for adults with support needs - a service Mac might benefit from in years to come.

VSA provides vital support and services to people of all ages across four core areas, Children and Families, Adult and Community, Education and Learning, and Carers’ Support. At VSA we support a person’s physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing through a range of residential and outreach support services.We are incredibly proud to be able to say that 95p in every pound donated to VSA goes directly to our charitable work across Aberdeen.
