I am running for sliver fit because they are combating social isolation in older people through physical activity. Silverfit aim to improve older people's quality of life and also to save the NHS and social care providers money. I am currently at medical school and have been experiencing just how isolating and scary the pandemic has been for so many of the older members of our communities and how much schemes like Silverfit can change their lives for the better.  I think thats absolutely brilliant and want to support them as much as I can in this mission!!
