We are from the Fundraising Team of the Greater Manchester Nightline branch of the Nightline Association (charity reference number - 1112793). We need support so we can keep supporting the students of Greater Manchester. 

Greater Manchester Nightline provides a confidential listening, emotional support & information service, run by students for students throughout Greater Manchester Universities. We work to improve student mental health and wellbeing through peer support.

Our vision is for every student within Greater Manchester to have access to the support offered by Nightline services, so that:

-Every student is able to talk about their feelings in a safe, non-judgmental environment;

-Fewer students have their education compromised by emotional difficulties;

-Overall fewer students die by suicide, through our non-directive support.

-During term-time from 8pm to 8am, we run a phone and an instant messaging listening service. Additionally, we run an email service that is open all year round. 

Due to the pandemic, student mental health is at even further risk and we need help to provide the right support to the students of Manchester who need an ear to listen to them.
